I found his portfolio on google after seeing his work on the modern art Instagram page. What stood out about his work to me was that it was handmade but had a graphic finish to it.
His portfolio comes straight up once you click on his page, which immediately gets people looking at his work.
The layout is like a brick wall, he has four pieces in a row and small white gaps between the images, this breaks them up giving them more space and not making it too complicated on the eye. His pieces are jumbled up in colour and variety, there is no real order to the layout apart from the fact that there are no double colours beside each other, like two blue pieces. Some of the pieces are like videos and they start to play once you scroll down, showing you the work from different angles. If you click on one of the pieces it takes you to another page. This opens up a collection based around the piece or the making process, with the title of the work as well as a small briefing on what the piece is based on and his inspiration for that work.
His pieces are photographed in a studio on a coloured background to make the work stand out more.
At first sight his work just looks interesting but meaningless, it's not till you stop and think about what it's representing, then it all makes sense.
